B tier characters are fine. They’re not exceptional, nor particularly bad. If you’re looking for a challenge, they’re a good choice to pick.

Characters in this tier are okay in niche circumstances, but are otherwise worth avoiding. Even when mastering, they aren’t particularly powerful.

Who Are the Best Characters in Heroes of Hammerwatch 2?
Let’s take a closer look at the characters we consider to be the best in Heroes of Hammerwatch 2.
Paladin
Put simply, Paladins are borderline impossible to kill. Their abilities provide you with temporary immunity to damage, increase your shield or attack power, and they can even heal themselves.
The trade off is that you won’t deal quite as much damage as the other classes, but you can’t really deal damage when you’re dead. So there’s that.
Warrior
Speaking of damage, the Warrior is an absolute powerhouse in that department. You can boost your attack power, perform shouts to heal allies or weaken enemies, or increase the speed of your attacks.
You won’t quite survive as well as you do when playing as a Paladin, but you have a greater chance of destroying your enemies before they can deal damage in the first place.
